Can you manage my home after I PCS?

Yes. Property management is one of our core services. We lease the home, screen tenants, collect rent, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and keep you informed with monthly statements and an online owner portal.

Can you sell the home later, even if I've moved away?

Yes. We handle both property management and sales, so when you’re ready, we can move the home from rental to sale. Many owners sell while living in another state or overseas.

Do you work with federal employees and defense contractors?

Yes. We work with federal employees, government personnel and defense professionals relocating into or out of Northern Virginia, whether they’re buying, selling or keeping a home as a rental.
