Angie and her team at command are excellent! When it came time for a military move, a friend recommended Angie and we rented our condo in the DC area with command as our property manager for close to 5 years until it came time for us to sell. I was so lucky to have come in contact with Angie McDaniels over 19 years agao. Her company, Command Properties, has been outstanding in caring for and renting my townhouse in Alexandria, VA. She is an excellent manager as is evident in her staff. They are so devoted to keeping the place rented, picking out the best and most responsible tenants, screening pets for possible destructive behavior, and keeping me, the owner, fully informed on any decisions regarding maintenance or repair of the property. Angie is phenomenal. She had a clear and immediate vision for simple updates to my condo so that it would shine during a tough and eccentric time in the market. Her go-to contractor was extremely responsive with 100% ownership and follow-through. She understands how important marketing and visual appeal is, has an intuitive sense of style and ensured a range of crisp photos accompanied our listing. I had the pleasure of working with Angie and Command Property Management for 2.5 years while renting a townhome. I was very impressed with the entire team and how responsive they were. They addressed any fixes in a timely manner. Additionally, they were very friendly and the relationship with them was more than just property manager and tenant. Right off the bat, my experience with the Command Properties Management team has been exceptional! Beginning with Sherrie. Sherrie contacted me by phone to speak with me about the property I was interested in and as a military service member stationed away from the area, this immediately helped ease my anxieties. She offered to give me a virtual tour of the property, got me in contact with the current tenants, and allowed me the weekend to mull over the decision. Sherrie herself is a military spouse and showed me a level of understanding and patience I have not yet experienced with property managers.

During the process of signing the lease, I had several questions- all of which were thoroughly answered. Including some changes to the lease that I requested.

Her team, Angie and Melissa were so wonderful to communicate with.

Melissa was extremely thorough in outlining everything that needed to be situated prior to the move-in date and provided me with links and resources to have those items taken care of. I have not yet seen this level of detail with anyone else I have worked with; and with any questions I had, she kept her team in the loop and ensured I got the answers I needed.

Angie and Rich are hands down the most premier agents in the business. They supported me through a military transition from the West Coast to the East Coast, and every step of the way throughout the home buying process. Even more important is they are genuine humans who can be trusted at all times. They do exactly what they say, and say exactly what they do. The world needs more people like them. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. If you want to buy/sell/rent a property, it would be a huge mistake not selecting this team of professionals to represent you! We've worked with Angie for the better part of eight years now, first as a property manager, then as an agent for selling, then buying homes in northern VA.  Great communication response and followup, which was especially important as we were living either out of state or out of the country for a good portion of this time.  Her and her husband Rich are great to work with, and they've helped us tremendously over the years.  Highly recommend!
